As young and enthusiastic practice, we committed ourselves to providing a contemporary, dynamic and relevant architectural service to our valued portfolios. Over the past decade we have become recognized not only for our signature designs, but established a reputation for our solutions based, proactive professional approach and commitment to value added services throughout the procurement process. This has seen us emerge as preferred service providers within Industrial and Commercial Property Development, as lead professionals during the entire building process from conception to completion.

Expanding on our early opportunities, we have established continued relationships within the Commercial development Sector, with long term relationships with Atterbury, Attacq, J.T. Ross, Equites Property Fund, Zenprop Properties, Bidvest Properties and Investec Properties, to name a few. While these form a major portion of our portfolio, we also represent numerous smaller portfolios and private individuals, all of whom receive the same level of service and commitment.

Empowered Spaces Architects was founded from a passion for architecture and desire to offer a quality professional service to portfolios. As an owner run company, the founding members are still actively involved in every aspect of the business. In this manner we have ensured that we are able to offer personal Client relationships, supported by a corporate level of skills and technology.

Through achieving a balance between the personalized ethos of a small business, and technology, skills and service infrastructure of a corporate, we have been able to offer portfolios the benefits of both environments. We pride ourselves on mobility, offering highly reactive and flexible services, with the assurance of technological infrastructure and expertise to both private and corporate client alike. In order to sustain this, each project is staffed by a full-time lead professional architect, supported by several skilled technologist and administration staff.

We are currently represented nationally in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town, with projects in Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, Polokwana and Nelspruit. Further to this, we have also expanded our footprint into Africa with current prospects in Ghana, Botswana, Namibia, Cameroon, Zambia, Kenya and Ivory Coast.
